Please see below returns policy for your information.

Had a change of heart? Simply follow the instructions below and return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt.

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact us on +44 (0) 141 332 8579 within three (3) days of receipt. You may also email us at [email protected]. Should you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.

In-stock items normally ship within 5-7 business days after an order has been placed. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Furniture, Custom and Special Order items cannot be cancelled.

In the event you have any problem or concern with an order we will connect you with our knowledgeable staff to ensure the issue is resolved to the best of our ability.

Particularly large, fragile and bespoke items may be subject to longer delivery timescales. Please refer to specific product pages for detailed information. Of course, we will endeavour to contact you with anticipated lead times, should a delay occur.

Please note that some items incur surcharges due to size or weight. Should your order be subject to a surcharge which is not calculated at checkout, we will be in touch with you via email.



Delivery Times

Parcels are dispatched from the Atelier via a trusted and professional UK courier service. Please note delivery times by courier companies are within normal working hours, 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Should you require a Saturday delivery date, please call the Atelier. We will do our utmost to assist where possible.

In-stock items normally ship within 5-7 business days after an order has been placed.

Should you require your items sooner please contact us direct and we will help arrange this. If a particular product is out of stock we will be in touch direct to inform and let you know when it will be available.



Returns

All of our signature Iona Crawford items are made with great care and are each wrapped individually for a personal touch. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it, in its original packaging, unused, within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

The following are final sale, and not eligible for refunds or exchanges: Furniture, wallpaper, fabric.

We allow for returns on Lighting, subject to a 30% restocking fee. Lighting must be returned in the original packaging, packed exactly as it was shipped, otherwise returns will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. A traceable return shipping method is required (FedEx, UPS, etc). Returns must be received in original condition and in the original packaging within 14 days. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original account. Shipping and Delivery Service charges are not refundable.

If you are returning any goods please retain your proof of shipping as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit without proof of sending.
